ROOMS PRICES:

The room prices include a delicious breakfast with home made breads and jams, fruit salad, fresh fruit juice, choice of coffe, tea or hot chocolate and eggs prepared any style on request. Prices are per bungalow per night and include taxes. There is also internet wifi access.

Room rates are per bungalow per night including breakfasts and 21% Government taxes and services charges.
Additional guests are 15 euros per night, including taxes and breakfast.
Rates are subject to change at anytime.

PAYMENTS (no credit card):

Deposit and balance payments must be paid by bank transfer.

TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER (TT):
We will require the full amount of the deposit to appear in our account. Any additional charges (telegraphic transfer fees and any international bank charges) are to be paid by the client. Please email us a copy of your telegraphic transfer.

DEPOSIT:
-1-3 nights stay: Full Payment is required within 7 days of making your reservation.
-4 nights or more: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required within 7 days of making your reservation.

The deposit will be accepted as part payment of the total cost. No bookings will be guaranteed until a deposit is received.

Final payment is due upon arrival when checking-in at the hotel. Failure to make the final payment by the check in date will cancel your booking where upon the deposit paid shall be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS FEES AND REFUNDS:

All cancellations must always be notified by email.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

-30% of the full amount of the booking including tax and service for cancellation 45 days and more prior to arrival at local time.
-50% of the full amount of the booking including tax and service for cancellation 45 days until 10 days prior to arrival at local time.
-Full amount of the full amount of the booking including tax and service for cancellations less than 10 days prior to arrival at local time
-If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.
-No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

-Pick up at the airport can be arranged. Driver charge 200 000 Rps (around 16 euros)
-Check in time 1pm
-Check out time 11 am

FOOD:

-Breakfast is included in the price:
-Lunch: we offer delicious sandwiches and mixed salads for 45 000 Rp (around 3 euros) per person
-Dinner: served on our communal table, we offer a host dinner every evening at 7:30 pm, Indonesian or mediterranean food for 140 000 Rp (around 11 euros) per person including the dessert and herbal tea or coffee.
